PHASE ONE

  • Fill out 360 Home Client Contact Form

  • Meet w/your 360 Home Advisor and your Mortgage Consultant:

  • Sign Borrower’s Authorization Form and get a Credit Report (Personal Check or Cash For Credit Report– goes to Lender)

  • Complete Your Loan Application

  • Determine the best loan program that fits your needs and future goals

  • Receive Pre-Approval for the Loan program you choose


PHASE TWO

  • Shop for a Home with Your 360 Home Agent

  • Make and Offer on Your Dream Home (Earnest Money Needed–goes to Escrow)

  • Negotiate Purchase & Sale Agreement

  • Mutual Acceptance– both Buyer and Seller agree to Purchase and Sale Contract

  • Buyer Calls to Secure Hazard Insurance Policy for Home

  • Home Inspection (Personal Check Needed– goes to Inspector)

  • Negotiate Inspection w/Seller

  • Inspection Contingency Waived
     

PHASE THREE

  • Appraisal Ordered (Personal Check Needed– goes to Lender)

  • Final Loan Approval

  • Loan Documents Ordered

  • Documents received and Prepared by Escrow

  • Signing at Escrow Office (Certified Check is Needed for Down Payment and/or Closing Costs)

  • Closing—Title is Transferred (Loan is Funded and Recorded)

  • Possession!! You Get the Keys & Own the Home!
